Marticia Hurst is the founder of Stelleo Billing Solutions, where she specializes in providing accurate, compliant, and detail-oriented billing support for mental and behavioral health providers. She has experience working with LISWs, LPCC-S, NCCs, LPCs, therapists, counselors, and other billing professionals, supporting practices at every stage—from initial startup to established practices in need of reliable billing management.
Marticia is an AAPC Certified Professional Biller (CPB) with training in HIPAA compliance, PHI protection, insurance billing, and credentialing. She maintains her expertise through ongoing annual education to stay current with industry standards and ever-evolving insurance requirements. Her areas of expertise include claim submission, denial management, credentialing, and maintaining the integrity and security of client information.
Known for her highly detail-oriented approach, Marticia ensures that every aspect of the billing process is handled thoroughly from start to finish. Her communication is clear, organized, and proactive, providing clients with complete transparency and the ability to reference accurate information whenever needed. She is experienced with systems including Simple Practice, CAQH, NPPES, Availity, and a wide range of insurance payer portals such as Optum, Cigna, Front path, Medicaid, and Medicare.
