    Includes full account setup, profile configuration, basic workflow setup, and initial system organization.

    Solo Provider – Migration to SimplePractice (from another platform)
    $275 – $500
    Includes data transfer support, client and schedule migration, account setup, and system configuration in SimplePractice.

    Group Practice (2–5 Providers) – New Setup
    $450 – $750
    Includes full group account setup, provider profiles, location setup, workflows, permissions, and system configuration for multi-provider operations.

    Group Practice (2–5 Providers) – Setup + Migration
    $650 – $1,200
    Includes full group setup plus migration of client data, schedules, and practice information from an existing platform into SimplePractice.

  • Our credentialing and contracting services help providers become enrolled and in-network with insurance payors, allowing them to bill and receive reimbursement for covered services. Services are offered on a per-payor basis with options based on the level of support needed.

    $125 per payor – Application Submission & Contract/Payer Decision
    Includes insurance application preparation, submission, and ongoing follow-up through the payer’s credentialing and contracting decision. This option covers tracking the application status until a final determination is received.

    $245 per payor – Full-Service Credentialing & Contracting
    Includes complete end-to-end enrollment management from start to finish.

    This includes:

    • Provider data collection (NPI, license, taxonomy, demographics, CAQH)

    • Insurance application preparation and submission

    • Primary source verification coordination

    • Payer follow-ups and status tracking

    • Enrollment monitoring (pending, approved, rejected, rework)

    • Contract review and execution

    • Fee schedule review (if applicable)

    • Effective date tracking and confirmation of active participation

    • Corrections or resubmissions if applications are returned or denied

    • Ongoing communication with both the provider and payer throughout the process

  • Our billing and revenue cycle management services provide comprehensive support to ensure accurate claim processing, payment collection, and ongoing account oversight. These services are designed to support the full reimbursement cycle, from verification through final payment and patient balance resolution.

    Includes:

    • Insurance Verification of Benefits (VOB)

    • Primary and secondary claim submission

    • Denial management and appeals

    • ERA posting and manual payment posting

    • Accounts receivable (AR) follow-up

    • Claim status tracking and resolution

    • Patient balance oversight and billing support

    • Extended (20 hours) – $375
      Comprehensive support including client updates, email and phone communication, phone calls, and broader day-to-day operational assistance tailored to your practice needs.
